Huh? Are you serious? A weight restriction?? This is insanely stupid. Chin up girl - one day at a time - make the best choices that you can and DRINK TONS of WATER! You would be surprised what you flush out!!

PS. I am still in awe. I live in Canada - and I can't even imagine that this is true. Please say you are kidding and just needed some inspiration. :)

In response to your comment about how I lost 37 pounds. I counted calories. I can stay on track for steady loss too if I count calories. I try and eat about 1300 calories a day - any less and your body kinda holds onto everything and won't lose weight. High protein, lower carbs, higher fibre.
Keep in touch girl.

I lost 37 pounds during my first 2 months of diet/exercise. It's really hard but it's do-able if you commit and stick with it. Good luck!

There's a weight limit??? What the heck??? You have GOT to be kidding! How can they keep people out of their country simply because they weigh over a certain amount??? That is total discrimination and bull crap!!!

OUCH! Thats quite the motivator. I did lose 50 pounds in 12 weeks but 40 in 8...thats a tough one. I would say to do this short term and short term only. Lean protein, low carb/calorie veggies that are full of fiber and skip the grains and watch your calories. You are also going to need to put in some exercise time too...serious exercise. This isn't something I'd ever recommend long term, can you get your appointment moved back a month? I can't believe there is a weight restriction, thank God England didn't have one or I"d never of gotten in LOL Keep in touch please.
